The work takes
many forms.

Every engagement is built around what will actually be effective, not a fixed curriculum or an off-the-shelf program. Here is what that looks like in practice.

What’s Available

Four ways to
work together.

Whether the work is individual, team-based, or in front of a room, the through-line is the same. Real conversations, honest assessment, and a focus on what will actually move things.

1:1 Coaching

The flagship
engagement.

This is a sustained working relationship, not a fixed program with a set number of sessions and a finish line. It is built around what is actually happening in your business and your life, and it moves at the pace that real work demands.

Most clients engage for many months, often well over a year, not because they have to, but because the work compounds in ways that shorter engagements simply cannot reach.

Sessions

Multiple per month

Regular, structured sessions that go where the real work is, not surface-level check-ins.

Access

Full access between sessions

Coaching does not only happen in scheduled time. When something real comes up, you have a direct line for the impromptu conversations and moments of genuine crisis that cannot wait.

Delivery

In person or virtual

Decided by what works best. In-person when geography and schedule allow, virtual when it does not. The quality of the work does not change either way.

Focus

Your real challenges

No curriculum. No pre-built modules. The agenda is set by what is actually in front of you, decisions, relationships, pressure, patterns that keep showing up.

Who it’s for

Business owners & senior leaders

The ones ultimately responsible. Those whose decisions affect teams, livelihoods, and the direction of the organisation.

Starting point

A discovery conversation

No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and whether working together makes sense. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you.

The shifts that matter most take time and build on each other. The clients who get the most from this work are simply the ones who stay in it.

Team Coaching

Built for the
teams behind
strong leaders.

Single

A focused half or full-day session targeting a specific challenge, whether that is communication breakdown, conflict, or a team in transition.

Multi-day

Deeper work over consecutive days, often with individual 1:1 sessions woven in. Particularly useful when team dynamics are complex or when the SDI assessment is incorporated.

Ongoing

A sustained programme with regular sessions over months, the team equivalent of the 1:1 engagement. Structure and frequency are designed around the team’s real needs.

The best individual leaders I work with often reach a point where they recognise that their own growth is being limited by the team around them, not because those people are not capable, but because the team has not had the same quality of support that the leader has.

“Helping build and mould the teams behind these leaders is where individual coaching and organisational change start to compound.”

Every team engagement is scoped and structured differently. Some teams need a single, well-facilitated day to break a pattern that has been slowing them down for months. Others need a sustained programme. The format is always decided by what will actually be effective, not by what is easiest to package and sell.

The SDI 2.0 is particularly well-suited to team work, giving teams a shared language for motivation and conflict that often changes how they operate together immediately and in ways that last.

Speaking & Facilitation

A story built
on the hard
miles.

I’ve rebuilt more than once. I’ve faced the kind of difficulty that does not resolve cleanly, where the only option was to keep going even when it felt futile, and to find something in that experience worth carrying forward. That is the story I bring into the room.

“Resilience is not a mindset you adopt. It is something you build, through the choices you make when it would be easier to stop.”

I’ve spoken extensively in 12-step communities, men’s development, and mental health settings. I am now bringing that same honesty into corporate and business contexts, because the leaders in those rooms are carrying weight that deserves the same quality of conversation.

Engagements range from keynotes to facilitated workshops to panel contributions. Speaking can also be integrated within a broader facilitation or team coaching day. Every engagement is tailored to the audience and the outcome you are trying to create.

Speaking themes

Resilience Without the Clichés

What rebuilding actually looks like, and what it asks of you. For leaders who are tired of motivational language that does not hold up under real pressure.

Carrying Responsibility Without Being Consumed by It

The internal cost of leadership that nobody talks about openly, and what you can do about it.

The Weight of the Room

How the internal state of a leader shapes everything around them, culture, trust, decision-making, and the people willing to follow.

When Pushing Through Stops Working

The point where effort alone is not enough, and what shifts are actually required to move forward.

Assessments

Insight that
changes things.

The right assessment at the right moment gives a leader or a team a shared language for things that were previously hard to name. Both tools below can be offered as standalone engagements or integrated into a broader coaching programme.

EQi 2.0
Emotional Intelligence Inventory, MHS Certified

A validated measure of emotional intelligence across five composite areas: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and stress management.

For leaders, this is not self-improvement for its own sake. It is about understanding where your patterns under pressure are costing you, and where they are serving you better than you realised.

Individual Leadership Standalone or integrated
SDI 2.0
Strength Deployment Inventory, Core Strengths Certified

A tool for understanding motivation and conflict. The SDI reveals how people are motivated when things are going well, how that shifts under conflict, and how to work with those differences rather than around them.

It is particularly powerful in a team context, where a shared SDI debrief gives teams a common language for conflict and motivation that often changes how they relate to each other immediately and in ways that last.
